SHIPPING & WARRANTY

 

No returns or damaged merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization issued by our Returns Department. RETURNING A UNITED LASER PRODUCT WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WAIVES ALL OF UNITED LASER’S RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE RETURN POLICY, EVEN IF PROOF OF DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE, DUE TO OUR INABILITY TO MATCH YOUR PURCHASE WITH THE RETURNED PRODUCT – SO, IF YOU SEND US A PACKAGE WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE BOTH THE PRODUCT(S) IN THE PACKAGE AS WELL AS ANY APPLICABLE REFUND YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED UNDER THE RETURN POLICY.

 

All returns for a reason other than damage or defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges and the customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges. United Laser extends account credit on acceptable returns. Checks will not be issued for returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

All qualified or approved returns must be shipped or returned to United Laser in the same or similar packaging used by United Laser or the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for clarifying proper packaging with United Laser. Any items purchased over 1-year-old or special order items will not be credited.  Please note that United Laser is limited by factors such as marketability, expiration, shelf life, original manufacturer’s policies, and current stock.

 

We cannot give credit for any product when either the product or the manufacturer’s boxes have been written on or otherwise marked in any way. Value and credit of non-defective returned items to United Laser are at the sole discretion of United Laser. All open invoices are still valid. If credit is given, it will be in the form of a credit minus applicable restocking fee and shipping charges. Account credits issued by United Laser will be available on your account for 90 days. After 90 days, the credit will no longer be available.

 

Printer parts, fusers, and maintenance kits are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. In the event you have a defective part that fails during normal usage within 30 days, we will replace and install that part at no charge. In the event the part(s) installed does not meet at least 75% of the rated life as defined by the manufacturer within the first 6 months since purchase, we will replace your part, and pro-rate your account for the portion un-used. In the event your machine has additional problems not relating to that of the installed part(s), you will still be responsible for the full amount of the parts and any labor charges. We require a return of any defective parts before issuing credit.
